Shipping policy

Kindred Oddities ships to the United States and Canada. Shipping is free on all US orders, and orders to Canada ship for a flat $14.99 USD.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Delivery estimates are counted from the day you place your order and include production time. Orders to Canada travel further, so they take longer than US orders.

Processing time

Every sweatshirt is printed to order just for you. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and the busy season (October to December) can add a few days.

Customs, duties and taxes (Canada)

Orders ship from the United States. Canadian customs may charge GST/HST or import duties when your parcel arrives. These charges are set by customs, are not included in our prices or shipping fee, and are paid by the recipient.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll update it if your order hasn't shipped yet. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it after a new shipping fee is paid.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number (and photos of any damage). We'll send a replacement at no cost. If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us and we'll help you open a claim with the carrier.
