These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of kindredoddities.com (the “Site”) and to any purchase you make from Kindred Oddities (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Our store

The Site is hosted on Shopify. Our products are made to order and are produced and shipped on our behalf by third-party print-on-demand partners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or use the Site with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Products

We try to show product colors and designs as accurately as possible, but screens vary and printed colors may differ slightly. Measurements in our size guide are approximate. Each item is produced after you order it.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. You agree to provide accurate, current payment and contact information.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, a pricing or product error, or if we're unable to fulfil it. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our shipping policy and refund policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text, logos and other content on the Site belong to Kindred Oddities and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or create derivative works from them without our written permission. Buying a product does not give you any rights to its design.

8. Reviews and submissions

If you send us reviews, photos, comments or ideas, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, edit and publish them in connection with our store. You confirm that your submissions are your own, don't infringe anyone's rights and aren't unlawful or offensive. We aren't required to pay for or respond to submissions.

9. Third-party services and links

The Site uses third-party services such as payment processors and production partners, and may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

10. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is described in our privacy policy.

11. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose; to infringe our or anyone else's rights; to upload malicious code; to interfere with the Site's security or operation; to scrape or harvest data; or to commit fraud.
